Scott Wiener to Restrict Dog Walkers in San Francisco


Politician Scott Wiener has set out to put a cap on the amount of dogs, dog walkers are able to walk at one time. He wants to restrict the number of dogs allowed to be walked at once to 7. Wiener seems to be all over dog walkers in San Francisco, in October 2011 he introduced legislation that dog walkers need to obtain a permit, pay an annual fee and cap the number of dogs being walked at once.
